Arrested For Solicitation to Commit Prostitution

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – In a continued effort to target locations where street level prostitution occurs, an undercover prostitution operation was conducted within the City of Melbourne last week by the Melbourne Police Department that resulted in the arrests of three women.

Katrina Cruce, 55, of Melbourne,  Michele Marie Russell, 50, of Melbourne,  and Nicole Romana, 32, of Melbourne, were arrested last week for Solicitation to Commit Prostitution, according to Commander Dan Lynch of the Melbourne Police Department.

Romana was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

The operation was assisted by uniformed Melbourne Police Officers and the Special Investigations Unit.
