Melbourne Police Seek Assistance To Locate Endangered Missing Adult Michelle Smith

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Melbourne police is seeking Endangered Missing Adult 31-year-old Michelle N. Smith, who has diminished mental capacity from a traumatic brain injury.
She was last seen when she left her apartment at 2337 Woodwind Trail, No. 706 in Melbourne, on foot around 9 a.m. Saturday morning, and has not been seen since.
Smith has brown hair and brown eyes; is 5-foot-4 inches tall; weighs 145 pounds; and was last seen wearing a black shirt and jean skirt; and carrying a denim back pack.
She has a bald spot on the back of her head and multiple scars on legs, neck and stomach, and walks with a pronounced limp on her right side.
Her only known mode of travel is on foot.
“She could not be located after an extensive area check and the use of the BCSO helicopter,” said Melbourne Police Lt. T.A. Turner in a release.
“If you see Smith please contact the Melbourne Police Department or your local law enforcement agency immediately.”
