BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Police Department arrested Anthony Ottaviano, 36, and was charged him with impersonating a law enforcement officer during the commission of a felony and attempted burglary.
Palm Bay police is currently investigating the case and is seeking any other possible victims.
Ottaviano was arrested on Sunday after attempting to gain entry to a residence in Palm Bay.
At the time, Ottaviano was dressed in black police style clothing and arrived in a White Chevrolet Impala with flashing emergency lights and bearing specialty decals indicating it was a K-9 unit vehicle.
