Patient, Employee Shot Dead
BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Two people were shot dead, including a 90-year-old female patient and and a female hospital nurse in her 40s, at Parrish Medical Center early on Sunday about 2 a.m., according to Titusville Police Commander Todd Hutchinson.
“The shooting occurred on the third floor, in a patient room,” said Commander Hutchinson.
The sole suspect has been taken into custody by Officers at the scene, and no there is no known motive at this time.
“The suspect is being interviewed by investigators,” said Commander Hutchinson.
Family members of the victims are currently being notified and the suspect has not yet be identified by authorities.
