Brevard Sheriff’s Office Honors Agent Vince Ziccardi On His Retirement After 25 Years of Service

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Wednesday, we wished a very happy retirement to longtime Brevard County Sheriff’s Office family member Agent Vince Ziccardi.

Vince has enjoyed an incredible career with our agency and leaves behind a legacy of professionalism and valued public service.

Vince was hired on October 14, 1991, and was initially assigned as a Patrol Deputy with our agency. During his 25 years of service, Vince was assigned to several different units and positions to include Deputy, Corporal, and Agent.

As an Agent, Vince was assigned to the General Crimes Unit, Special Investigations Unit and most recently, the Sheriff’s Office SORT Unit, which tracks sexual predators.

During his most recent assignment, Vince developed an expertise in Computer Forensics, where he specialized in tracking those who exploit our children. Vince has received hundreds of letters of Commendation during his career to include Bars of Merit for exceptional service.
