Free Women’s Self Defense and Assault Prevention Class Set For September 10 In Cocoa Beach

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – A FREE Women’s Self Defense & Assault Prevention Class at Cocoa Beach Health & Fitness on A1A will take place on September 10 from 2pm-5pm.
The event will also include a Meet & Greet with Karalyn Woulas, local aerospace engineer, surfer, band musician & non partisan candidate for Cocoa Beach City Commissioner, Seat 3.
The event will include a special two hour FREE class covering basic assault prevention strategies and practical self defense techniques for women to be conducted by Sensei Des Chaskelson and the Cocoa Beach Karate School students. Sensei Chaskelson was awarded his 5th degree black belt in 2010 by the World Matsubayashi Karate-Do Association (WMKA) in Okinawa, Japan.
This will be followed by a live “unplugged” performance from Karalyn on her guitar followed by a meet and greet and Q7A session. For more information on Karalyn, CLICK HERE
