DEA said it's still deciding whether to file charges

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA (WFTV) – Channel 9’s Cierra Putman found out the state has just issued an emergency order, shutting down Mims Discount Pharmacy.

The owner, John Oni, is accused of selling hundreds of prescription pills to customers, and even to an undercover DEA agent, investigators said. He’s also accused of overcharging for drugs.

The pharmacy was raided on Friday, according to people who work nearby.

Although the pharmacy was shut down last week, Putman walked right into the business.
