BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Armed with nothing but their sharp wit, comedians Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood take to the stage live at the King Center on Thursday October 13 at 7:30 p.m. to create hilarious and original scenes in their two-man show.
Known by TV audiences for their work on Whose Line is it Anyway?, Colin and Brad improvise new material every night from audience suggestions and participation.
“Interactive” in every sense of the word, Colin & Brad will take the audience on a comedic high-wire act, just like a live version of Whose Line!
While the duo is sure to please on stage together, their careers have been highly successful apart, at times.
Sherwood’s resume is a “whose who” of comedy shows. In 1992, Sherwood became a recurring performer on three seasons of the British version of the award-winning improvisational comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.
He was the only actor to make it onto the cast from the Los Angeles auditions. He starred on all seven seasons of the American, Emmy nominated version of Whose Line on ABC.
He hosted The Dating Game from 1996–1997, and The Big Moment in 1999, and has guest hosted Talk Soup. He was a producer and performer on Drew Carey’s Green Screen Show in 2005.
Brad Sherwood was a regular panelist on To Tell The Truth, Jury Duty, and Hollywood Squares, and has made over one hundred appearances in sketches on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in the last fifteen years.
He appeared in all three “live” episodes of The Drew Carey Show as the host who instigated the improv-games part of the shows.
He has also appeared on Drew Carey’s Improv-A-Ganza (2011) on GSN and Trust Us With Your Life on ABC. His most recent appearances have been on the 2013 relaunch of Whose Line Is It Anyway?
Mochrie was born in Scottland and officially hails from Canada. He worked at Second City in Toronto before joining the British comedy improv show, Whose Line Is It Anyway? He also starred in the American version with Sherwood.
In addition to his TV work, Colin has been busy on the stage, which is where he actually began his career the early part of which he spent touring with The National Touring Company, and has starred in such popular stage productions as “She Stoops to Conquer” and “The Brady Bunch”.
However, many remember Mochrie for his reeoccuring role as “Eugene Anderson” on the popular ABC comedy hit, The Drew Carey Show.
