ORLANDO, FLORIDA (WOFL FOX 35) –Scary moments aboard a Southwest Airlines flight from New Orleans to Orlando when a mechanical issue forced the pilot to make an emergency landing in Pensacola.

The flight landed safely at the Pensacola International Airport at 10 a.m. eastern time on Saturday.

Airline officials say 99 passengers and five crew members were on board, but no one was injured.

A statement from Southwest said the mechanical issue was with the “number one engine.”

The National Transportation Safety Board will inspect the plane and conduct a full investigation into what happened.
