BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – National Hurricane Center’s latest readings for Category 4 Hurricane Matthew shows the movement for the system has picked up a little by moving North Northwest at 5 mph.

Max Sustained Winds are still hovering around 145 mph.

Hurricane Warnings are still issued for Jamaica and Haiti.

Matthew is projected to make landfall on Jamaica sometime late Sunday to early Monday morning.

Matthew is still considered to be a massive hurricane, in terms of size, covering over 600 miles.
