BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Detectives from the Palm Bay Police Department’s Special Victims Unit are looking for 40-year-old David Scott Casciola in reference to a battery that occurred at Goodwill on Malabar Road on Wednesday evening. 

According to Palm Bay Police Lt. Mike Bandish, Casciola is alleged to have made contact with a female clerk who rejected his verbal advances, and is further alleged to have dropped his pants, exposing his penis to the clerk.

Casciola may be homeless and anyone with information on the whereabouts of Casciola is asked to contact Palm Bay Police Departments Special Victims Unit at 321-952-3456 or CRIMELINE at 1-800-423-TIPS.
