BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – A 22-year-old Titusville man is facing a sexual battery charge after a woman said she was assaulted by a stranger outside of the library on South Hopkins Avenue in September.

The victim told police it started when Gerald Williams made comments like, “Hey sexy,” and “You’re beautiful.”

The woman told police she told the man not to say those things to her, and said that’s when he pinned her against a wall.

She said the attacker managed to move her underwear aside and as she yelled “Stop,” she said the man told her to, “Just relax and enjoy yourself.”
