IDENTITY OF VICTIM HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED

A dead body was discovered in the Indian River near the State Road 520 bridge on Tuesday afternoon about 4:30 p.m.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – A dead body was discovered in the Indian River on the Cocoa side near the State Road 520 bridge on Tuesday afternoon about 4:30 p.m.

According to Cpl. Dave Jacobs of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, agents are now investigating the incident and are not releasing details or the identity of the victim.
