Kerry Moran is taking healthy dining to the next level. She’s launching a new “Clean Eating” lunch menu at Guilty Pleasure Baking Company in Downtown Melbourne.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Kerry Moran is taking healthy dining to the next level. She’s launching a new “Clean Eating” lunch menu at Guilty Pleasure Baking Company in Downtown Melbourne.

“We’re already known as a bake-from-scratch bakery and café, with healthy salads, sandwiches, expressos and more. Our new lunch menu includes a Power Salad, a Twisted Spinach Salad, wraps and Gluten-Free and Vegan offerings,” said Moran, who is the owner and manager.

Moran started baking as a teenager.

“I started making desserts 20 years ago, and my brothers and sister were great taste testers,’ said Moran. “I make a killer cranberry cheesecake!”

As a former “military brat,” Moran moved often as a child.

“I consider myself a Jersey girl, because I’ve lived in North, Central and South Jersey,” said Moran. “Plus, I love Bruce Springsteen,” she added with a grin.

ALSO RUNS SUE ANN’S BAKERY

Moran got started in the industry at the iconic Sue Ann’s Bakery on 5th Avenue in Indialantic, which she has owned and managed for six years.

“We have a great rapport with our customers at Sue Ann’s Bakery, and we’re building strong relationships downtown at Guilty Pleasure Baking Company,” Moran said.

She’s still taking orders for homemade holiday pies and seasonal cakes. Her bakeries are a preferred wedding cake vendor for four local venues, and her cupcakes in unique flavor combinations are in high demand.
