Nick Abbott Joins The Viera Company As Development Capital Planning – Financial Analyst

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Todd Pokrywa, Senior VP Land Use Planning & Development for The Viera Company announced the employment of Nicholas Abbott as their new Development Capital Planning – Financial Analyst.
Abbott will be responsible for preparing project proformas, tracking the status of project development, and providing advice on capital planning and budgets as it relates to construction activities.
In addition to these responsibilities, Abbott will also provide technical and analytical support to The Viera Company.
“I am thrilled that Nick Abbott has recently joined the team at The Viera Company,” said Pokrywa.
“Nick’s financial background and expertise will be invaluable to the team during the company’s feasibility evaluations for future development and construction projects throughout the master planned community of Viera.”

Prior to joining The Viera Company, Abbott worked as a Senior Construction System Analyst for Office Depot, Inc. and a Senior Financial Analyst/Asset Manager for Element National Management.
Abbott holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Eastern Florida State College.
