JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (WFTV) – A judge Saturday ordered temporary home detention for the teen who admitted to shooting rocks at a Jacksonville school bus with 12 students on board.
Seventeen-year-old Martinez Jennings is facing a felony charge of shooting deadly missiles into an occupied vehicle.
He’s due back in court December 27th.
Officers said Jennings shot rocks at a bus full of kids from Wolfson High School out of a BB or pellet gun.
