BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA (WFTV) – Palm Bay police and Brevard Public School are investigating after a report of a sexual assault at an unidentified middle school.
A 14-year-old is accused of entering a bathroom where he performed a sex act on another student, despite the victim’s lack of consent and plea for him to stop.
A police report said the suspect admitted to performing a sex act, saying an unknown male from Orlando told him through the Kik messenger app to do it, or he would harm him.
