Cocoa Police Seek Two Women Who Are Potential Witnesses or Suspects In Death Investigation

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Detectives with the Cocoa Police Criminal Investigations Division are attempting to identify and locate two women who may have information that could be helpful with a death investigation.
On Friday, January 13 at around 5:30 p.m., the two unknown women arrived at Wuesthoff Hospital in Rockledge with a 28-year-old male who was unresponsive.
According to Yvonne Martinez, Cocoa police Public Information Officer, the male was identified as Justin Allan Paulus and was pronounced dead shortly after 6 p.m. that same evening.
“The two females did not provide any personal information and stated they were driving through downtown Cocoa when the male flagged them down stating he needed to go to the hospital,” said Martinez.
“Detectives do not know if the two females have any connection or relation to the deceased male.”
One woman is described as white, in her late 20s, dirty blonde/brown hair, 5-feet 2-inched tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. She wore eyebrow and nose rings. The other female is described as white, with purple hair, in her mid to late 20s, 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighing 110 pounds. She also had an eyebrow piercing.
