BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Join the Space Coast Tech Council as they celebrate the organization’s three year anniversary on Thursday, January 19 at 8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn Melbourne-Viera, located at 8298 N. Wickham Road.
Space Florida, the aerospace economic development agency of the State of Florida, will discuss the future of aviation and aerospace growth through the Space Coast’s private space program.
“Bringing new business, jobs and talent to the area, the Cape Canaveral Spaceport is going to involve so much more than what we thought – planes, automobiles, rockets, space labs and shuttles,” said Space Coast Tech Council officials.
“Having brought us Space X and Blue Origin, Space Florida shares the bigger picture and how it has and will effect our local economy.”
The Space Coast Tech Council is an umbrella organization that invites all tech-related companies and selected business support services to join in the shaping and promotion of Brevard and surrounding counties as a leading area for technology-based businesses and manufacturers.
The cost for Space Coast Tech Council members is $23 (when registered by Jan. 11th), and Non-SCTC member cost is $50. Seating is limited so register early.
