ABOVE VIDEO: Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has named 41-year-old Richard Donald Wagner BCSO’s fugitive of the week in the latest installment of ‘Wheel of Fugitive.’
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office has named 41-year-old Richard Donald Wagner BCSO’s fugitive of the week in the latest installment of ‘Wheel of Fugitive.’
He is wanted for violation of probation with reference to battery domestic violence.
Wagner has no bond and was last seen in the Cocoa area.
