VIDEO: Manhunt For Markeith Loyd Continues After Monday’s Deadly Shooting

ABOVE VIDEO: Law enforcement has raised the reward to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of Loyd.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA (WFTV) – More than 800 tips to have come into Crimeline since the shooting that took the life of Orlando police Master Sergeant Debra Clayton on Monday.

Orlando police Chief John Mina spoke about the massive manhunt Thursday for accused gunman, Markeith Loyd.

Law enforcement has raised the reward to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of Loyd.

“Hours after the shooting incident, we did find his clothing,” Mina said.

Mina said Loyd, 41, might have been wearing a bullet proof vest when he shot Clayton, and that she might have struck him in that vest.
