BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey is asking the public for assistance in locating Joseph Tyler Pendergrass, who is wanted for Cruelty To Animals. 

Sheriff Ivey said that the incident on Jan. 22 that the suspect was involved was the most egregious and despicable acts of animal cruelty that he has ever seen.

The charges stem from an investigation that was begun after a small dog was found with severe injuries at a local boarding facility. The suspect was observed in a surveillance video with the animal that was later discovered to have suffered a broken leg.
