VIDEO: Brevard Sheriff’s Office Release New Video To Identify Burglary Suspect

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a burglary suspect who entered a residence in Port St. John on Monday, March 6, according to Tod Goodyear of the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say deputies responded to the residence on Macco Rd. in response to an alarm activation.

Upon arrival, the deputies found the front door to the residence open, however no suspects were located.

Investigators learned that the victim had surveillance cameras in the residence and captured the suspect on video removing items from the residence, according to Goodyear.

Authorities say they are looking for the suspect who appeared to be a black male and wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with a large “Nike” emblem on the front.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking that anyone with information to please call Agent Chris Ginther of the North Precinct General Crimes Unit at 321-264-5210 or CRIMELINE at 321-423-TIPS (8477).
