UPDATE: Florida Highway Patrol ID’s Victim In Deadly Single Car Crash On I-95 Near Malabar Road

VICTIM PRONOUNCED DEAD AT HOSPITAL

Florida Highway Patrol Troopers are working a single vehicle fatal crash in Brevard County on I-95 Southbound at the 169 Mile Marker, which is approximately 5 miles south of Malabar Road.

**UPDATE**BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol has released the identity of the driver killed in a single car crash on I-95 Monday night as 53-year-old Gustavo Hamui of Pembroke Pines.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol Troopers are working a single vehicle fatal crash in Brevard County on I-95 southbound at the 169 Mile Marker, which is approximately 5 miles south of Malabar Road.

According to Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Steven V. Montiero, the vehicle left the roadway, entering the rest area and subsequently struck a pole.

The driver, who has not yet been identified,  was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced deceased.
