BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – TooJay’s, the restaurant known for its generous servings of homemade, New York-deli favorites, has announced the closing of its restaurant at Melbourne Square Mall, effective April 2.

“TooJay’s has enjoyed being part of the Melbourne community for nine years, but the impact of several large organizations leaving the area combined with a decline in mall shoppers has led us to this very difficult business decision,” said TooJay’s CEO Chris Artinian.

“We thank the Melbourne community and sincerely look forward to seeing our Melbourne guests in one of our other 27 locations. We are a Florida based organization and look forward to finding another opportunity in Melbourne at some point in the future. While that will not be immediately we would ‘never say never.’”

TooJay’s currently serves guests at 27 other restaurants throughout Florida, in Palm Beach and Broward counties, the Treasure Coast, the West Coast of Florida, the Orlando area, The Villages and Polk County.
