BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – weVENTURE’s Women’s Business Center (WBC), the Central Florida-based organization launched at Florida Institute of Technology and focused on accelerating sustainable business growth for entrepreneurs, has partnered with CodeCraft Works to offer a two-day Entrepreneurial Code Camp for teens ages 14-18.

The camp takes place during spring break on April 11 and 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at CodeCraft’s facility in Eau Gallie Arts District.

This hands-on spring break program teaches students how to transform their talents into a career and, one-day, perhaps a profitable business.

weVENTURE’s WBC and CodeCraft Works staff will work with students to learn how to develop an entrepreneurial idea from a coding and marketing prospective.

During the program, students will interact and network with community leaders and young entrepreneurs. Also, as part of the program, students will learn the basics of web design and programming in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to code and showcase entrepreneurial content discussed throughout the camp.

“We are proud to partner with CodeCraft Works for this unique program geared especially toward young entrepreneurs!” said weVENTURE Executive Director Erica Lemp.
