WEATHER ALERT: National Weather Service Issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning For Brevard County

Warning for northwest Brevard until 5:30 p.m.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northwestern Brevard County until 5:30 p.m.
At 437 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Canaveral Groves, or near Port Saint John, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD: 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE: Radar indicated. IMPACT: Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include Titusville, Wedgefield, Port Saint John, Titusville Airport and Sharpes.
