BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The 10, 11 and 12-year old  Baseball division finished up on Sunday afternoon with two games at Rockledge’s McLarty Park.

In the late game, the visiting Rockledge Little League (RLL) met Mims Little League (MLL). MLL’s Jasper Crane hit a home run, but it wasn’t enough as RLL’s Cody Smith had a double and the team surged with a 10-run fifth inning to win 24-6 in five.

Rockledge’s Ace Munchback was the winning pitcher.

In the first game of the day, the visiting Port St. John Little League (PSJLL) wrangled with Merritt Island Little League (MILL).

MILL went into the fifth inning leading 8-2, but a three-run shot by Gabriel Perez led PSJLL to a rally which closed the gap to 7-8 entering the sixth.

Port St. John then tied the score at 8 in the 6th. The two teams battled for 3 more innings until MILL won the game in the ninth inning, 12-11.

PSJLL’s Ronnie Adams hit a double and a 2-run homer while Parker Dawson added a home run for MILL.
