Pair of Crashes On I-95 Slow Down Afternoon Commutes For Brevard Drivers

The first crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on northbound I-95 near mile marker 196 after a Waste Management dump truck overturned on the right side of the road. BCFR official said the driver of the truck refused treatment and was not injured.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard Fire Rescue crews have responded to a pair of crashes on I-95 Tuesday afternoon that have slowed down traffic for many drivers in Brevard County.

The first crash happened around 4:30 p.m. on northbound I-95 near mile marker 196 after a Waste Management dump truck overturned on the right side of the road. BCFR official said the driver of the truck refused treatment and was not injured.

The second crash happened shortly 10-minutes later on a overpass on southbound I-95 near Lake Washington Rd. No injuries have been reported at this time.
