Bobby Freeman’s Zillow Zestimates of the Week
For anyone who truly believes that Zillow can accurately value your home’s worth I have more facts regarding their Zestimates. In my opinion, a computer can not give an accurate value.
Here’s two recent examples:
• 467 N. Dixie Avenue in Titusville just closed for $300,000 according to Brevard MLS. However, according to zillow.com, the Zestimates says the value is $203,789. That’s about a $100,000 difference!
• 460 Bay Pointe Dr in Melbourne just sold for $289,000 according to BrevardMLS. Anyone want to take a guess on what Zillow says it is worth? The answer is $369,836.
