BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The Cocoa Tigers (11-1) advanced to the Class 4A State Championship after a 49-14 win over University (10-2) Friday night from Cocoa Tigers Stadium.
The Tigers will look to defend their Class 4A State Title when they take on Raines Vikings (Jacksonville) December 7. Kickoff set for 7 p.m. from Orlando’s Camping World Stadium.
Raines Vikings (12-1) beat Bradford in their State Semifinal game 53-13.
Should Cocoa win the Class 4A State Title it would be Cocoa’s fifth State Championship under head coach John Wilkinson.
