Sunshine State Superkids is now in their second year of giving children and families a free day of racing. The non-profit organization works with many organizations, special needs or non-special needs children.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Sunshine State Superkids is now in their second year of giving children and families a free day of racing. The non-profit organization works with many organizations, special needs or non-special needs children.

On November 18, Sunshine State Superkids will hold their Second Annual Melbourne Superkids Classic at Imagine Charter School, located at 3355 Imagine Way in West Melbourne.

This event is open to all children between the ages of 7 and 18 years old.

Participants need to arrive at 8 a.m., and the racing will start around 9 a.m. The event will last until 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., depending on the number of children participating.

The organizers bring all the cars and equipment needed for the day and provide donuts for the morning, pizza for lunch and water for the day.

Sunshine State Superkids will feature the FedEx #11 Monster Energy Cup Joe Gibb’s Racing Car driven by Denny Hamlin.
