BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA — Fire Crews were called to a home along State Road 520 just after 2 a.m. early Tuesday morning.
When they arrived, firefighters say the home was fully engulfed in flames.
A deputy at the scene told News 6 the area is being considered a crime scene.
Brevard County Fire Rescue Engine 44 and the Cocoa Fire Department battled the blaze.
The fire remains under investigation as state fire marshals, BCFR and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office remained on the scene for hours Tuesday. The body was found as dawn broke.
