Eastern Florida State College Culinary Program Seeking Applicants, Class Begins March 5

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Those interested in a rewarding, fun, fast-paced career in Culinary Management are encouraged to apply for the upcoming class that begins March 5 during the EFSC Spring 2018 six-week term.

This Associate in Science Degree is a limited access program that provides students with a choice of full- or part-time tracks. Each establish a solid foundation in culinary nutrition, cooking, baking and sanitation skills.

The programs also cover kitchen and dining room operations and management, catering and buffet management, food and beverage, cost control and purchasing, personnel management and supervision, and menu and marketing management.

In addition to the spring entry point, EFSC is also accepting culinary program applications for the Fall 2018 Term which starts in August.
