(FORBES) – Walt Disney’s Black Panther continued to make box office history on its first non-holiday day of release. Once again, toss “All the Stars” or “Opps” onto your musical device of choice, grab that Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper (yeah, I know, I should be drinking green tea) and let’s dive in!

The MCU action drama earned another $21 million on Tuesday. That is the ninth-biggest Tuesday gross of all time and the seventh-biggest Tuesday gross not counting The Amazing Spider-Man ($35m) and Transformers ($36.6m) which opened on a Tuesday.

That’s a drop of just 48% from its record-breaking $40m Monday, and a record for a pre-summer Tuesday.

Okay, sure, that’s bigger than the 41% drop for Deadpool’s first Monday, but the R-rated superhero flick (which opened on this same weekend in 2016) had an $11 million Monday for a (still superb) $163.7m five-day total. Black Panther has earned $263.219m in five days, giving it the second-biggest five-day total ever, between Star Wars: The Last Jedi ($261.8m) and Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($325.4m). Yes, for now, and frankly for the foreseeable future, Black Panther is going to be the second-fastest-grossing movie of all time in North America.
