One Day Fun Day Hollywood Experience At Kiwanis Island Park Scheduled For Friday, March 16

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Central Area Parks and Recreation will be having a One Day Fun Day for children in K-6th Grade on Friday, March 16th, at Kiwanis Island Park located on Kiwanis Island Park Rd., Merritt Island.

Participants will learn what it is like to work in Hollywood on and off camera during the One Day Fun Day Hollywood Experience.

Parents can drop off their children at McLarty Park, 790 Barton Blvd, Rockledge; Cocoa West Recreation Complex, 230 S Burnett Rd, Cocoa; Joe Lee Smith Community Center, 419 Washington Ave, Cocoa; Travis Park, 2001 Michigan Ave, Cocoa; Woody Simpson Park, 1590 Schoolhouse St, Merritt Island; or Kiwanis Island Park, 1590 Schoolhouse St, Merritt Island, between 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Participants will then be transported to Kiwanis Island Park for a day full of activities, until 4 p.m. Then they will be transported back to their original Community Centers. Children will play games and do crafts at their centers from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.

One Day Fun Day is $30 per child and discounts are available. Lunch will be included.
