BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA– Florida Tech junior Addison Abramson has been tabbed the Sunshine State Conference’s Men’s Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week for Mar. 26 – Apr. 1.

This is the second conference weekly received by Abramson in his career.

The Reisterstown, Maryland product was impressive defensively for Florida Tech in its 14-12 road victory over Rollins College on Saturday.

The junior recorded five caused turnovers and eight ground balls, both season-highs, to guide the Panthers to their fourth win in a row and a 2-0 record in SSC play.

For the season, Abramson has 23 caused turnovers and 44 ground balls in nine games.

No. 16 Florida Tech continues its SSC slate on Wednesday, Apr. 4, as the Panthers host Lynn at 4 p.m. at Panther Field.
