Wall on Display at Wickham Park until april 22

BREVARD COUNTY– On Sunday, I was honored to ride alongside our Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Motor Unit and Motor Units from agencies throughout Brevard County and surrounding counties in the 31st annual processional escort of the “Vietnam Travelling Memorial Wall” to Wickham Park.
Thousands of motorcyclists, many of which are veterans were joined by first responders and citizens from across the county who took part in escorting the wall from Eastern Florida State College’s Cocoa Campus to Wickham Park.
The “Vietnam Travelling Memorial Wall” is a 3/5 scale replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington D.C., and will be on display for a week, along with the “Some Gave All Moving Tribute,” and other static displays, for Vietnam and All Veterans Reunion.
The wall is an emotional experience and reminder of the service, honor, and valor of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and those we must never forget.

If you have never witnessed the Moving Wall there is time. The “Vietnam Travelling Memorial Wall” will be displayed in Wickham Park until Sunday, April 22.
I would like to personally thank all the members of the Motor Units who helped keep everyone safe during today’s escort, the many volunteers who have dedicated their lives to remembering our fallen heroes, all of today’s riders and escort participants and of course everyone who lined the route to pay their respects and support the escort.
