BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA — Space Coast Harley-Davidson is sponsoring the Florida Vietnam and All Veterans Reunion Festival now going on at Wickham Park through Sunday.
The Florida Vietnam and All Veterans Reunion activities started last Sunday as hundreds of motorcyclists and vehicles escorted the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall from the Cocoa campus of Eastern Florida State College.
The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall is a black granite 288-foot-long mobile monument that is a 3/5 replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, DC and will be at Wickham Park until April 22.
Space Coast Harley-Davidson’s All-American Band is providing the music on the main stage during the festival, featuring 12 talented performers.

Harley-Davidson’s contributions have been an integral part of the U.S. military since the turn of the 20th century.
During World War I, Harley-Davidson would churn out some 15,000 motorcycles for the American war effort and during World War II, Harley-Davidson was the prime supplier to the U.S military.
Most of the Harley-Davidsons employed in World War II were legendary WLA models, assigned to reconnaissance and courier duty.
Harleys were so ubiquitous as scout vehicles at the head of military convoys that they were often the first vehicles into towns and villages liberated across Europe by the Allies and came to be known as “Liberators.”
In the post-Cold War era the motorcycle, with its speed, agility and versatility still has a role to play in the military.
Today’s machines are often crafted from composite plastics and outfitted with engines that can run on almost any type of fuel, making the motorcycles ideal Special Forces weapons in rugged terrain and isolated actions.
Space Coast Harley-Davidson is an authorized Harley-Davidson dealership serving the Palm Bay, Florida area. The dealership carries a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory.
“At Space Coast Harley-Davidson, we value the opportunity to create a long-term relationship with our customers, and we do that by giving you the best customer service available,” said Tim Bishop.
