Canaveral Port Authority operates in a classical business approach with Commission approval of all contracts and business dealings done each month at a business-based Commission meeting.  Staff and the CEO present prepared items for consent or special presentation if required for approvals.  Staff is authorized by the Commission to conduct daily business under the Tariff and annual Operation and Capital budgets.
