WEATHER ALERT: Storms, Gusty Winds, Frequent Lightning Forecasted for Brevard Sunday Afternoon

NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WEATHER ALERT
BREVARD COUNTY • NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE, MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – A strong squall line will make its way across the Florida peninsula this afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service in Melbourne, gusty winds, frequent lightning and small hail are expected.
Scattered showers and storms will develop after 1 p.m. Sunday, then a squall line will pass bringing severe weather threat between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
