Titusville Police have responded to a reported shooting Thursday morning in the area of Tree Lane in Titusville near Emerald Place Apartments.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police have responded to a reported shooting Thursday morning in the area of Tree Lane in Titusville near Emerald Place Apartments.

According to the Titusville police, an adult male victim was shot and seriously injured in the parking area of the apartment complex.

At approximately 11 a.m. Thursday, May 17, Titusville police officers responded to a report of a shooting outside of an apartment near 1010 Tree Lane.

The victim was transported to a local hospital in serious condition.

The suspect remains at large.

According to the Titusville police, Detectives are following strong investigative leads and the case remains an active criminal investigation.
