ABOVE VIDEO: An accused drunk driver, who was smiling in her mugshot, is now facing DUI manslaughter charges.
OCALA, FLORIDA (FOX 35) – An accused drunk driver, who was smiling in her mugshot, is now facing DUI manslaughter charges.
44-year-old Angennette Welk turned herself in Saturday afternoon following a crash last week on Highway 27 near Ocala.
The Florida Highway Patrol says that Welk’s blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
