Melbourne police are seeking a theft suspect who took lawn and garden equipment from Walmart last Friday. BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne police are seeking a theft suspect who took lawn and garden equipment from Walmart last Friday.

According to the Melbourne police, the theft happened May 18 at 7:50 p.m. at the Walmart located at 1000 N. Wickham Road.

The suspect is a white female, 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10 inches tall, with brown hair and was wearing glasses.

“She took lawn and garden equipment to include a Snapper blower, Bostich drill, marine battery and Stanley tool set, and other assorted items,” said Melbourne police officials.

Police said the getaway vehicle is believed to me a white Nissan Murano or Qashqai with an unknown driver.

“Do the right thing ma’am, turn yourself in and take care of this,” police officials said to the suspect on Facebook. “Don’t make us chase you.”
