Beryl Weakens To Tropical Wave Over Lesser Antiles: National Hurricane Center Report

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – National Hurricane Center has downgraded Beryl to a tropical wave as the system moves over the Lesser Antiles.
Max sustained winds have fallen to 40 mph and the storm is moving to the west-northwest at 26 mph.
There are no coastal watches or warning in effect.
Beryl is expected to produce storm total rain accumulations of 2 to 3 inches through Tuesday across the Leeward and the Virgin Islands, as well as Puerto Rico. Some places may see 5 inches of rain.
