UPDATE: Melbourne Police Searching For Vehicle With Front End Damage, Missing Side Mirror In Deadly Shooting

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police are conducting a homicide investigation after a shooting in a gas station parking lot claimed the life of a 21-year-old Palm Bay man.
Police identified the victim as Twonnie Davon Pollard.
According to police, dispatch received a call around 2:21 a.m. about gunshots fired in the parking lot of a Sunoco Gas Station located on 4000 S. Babcock St.
“When officers arrived, they found Pollard with multiple gunshots and transported him to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries,” said Lt. Cheryl Trainer of the Melbourne Police Department.
**UPDATE** Police say they are looking for a vehicle of interest in this case which is described as a 2010-2014 Silver Nissan Altima with front end damage and a missing side mirror.
The investigation is ongoing.
