BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police have arrested a Tallahassee man on Thursday for charges of sexual assault, kidnapping and home invasion.
Police arrested the man around 11:30 a.m. and have identified him as 32-year-old Benjamin Victor Hovan.
