BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police are looking for a suspect who police say held his cell phone under a shopper’s dress at Publix in Titusville.

Police say the suspect was also seen at Wal-Mart in Cocoa who matches the description in another incident the same day.
