UPDATE: Melbourne Man Dies After Car Becomes Engulfed In Flames Following Crash On I-95 in Cocoa

Eddie Feliciano, 33, from Melbourne killed

Florida Highway Patrol and rescue units responded to a fatal crash on I-95 Saturday morning that occurred in Cocoa near mile marker 208.

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol has released the identity of the man killed in a fatal crash on I-95 Saturday morning that occurred in Cocoa near mile marker 208.

Troopers say the man was 33-year-old Eddie Feliciano from Melbourne.

The crash happened around 4:10 a.m.

Troopers say Feliciano was traveling northbound on I-95 in his 2016 Dodge car when the vehicle left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a guardrail.

The result of the impact caused the vehicle to become engulfed in flames.

The crash is still under investigation by Florida Highway Patrol.
