WANTED: Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Identity of Mims Armed Robbery Suspect

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office North Precinct General Crimes Unit is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Monday at about 5:50 a.m. at the Chevron Gas Station, located at 4412 Highway 46 in Mims.
According to the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, the suspect is a black male, approximately 40-50 years of age, with dreadlocks.
He was observed wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, a gold ring on his left hand and a gold necklace.
The suspect was observed on surveillance video entering the business and approaching the counter.
Once at the counter, the suspect displayed a silver handgun and demanded cash from the cash register.
The suspect collected $300 to $400 in cash and left the store.
The suspect was seen entering the driver’s seat of a white four-door vehicle, similar to a Toyota Corolla or Camry, that was parked near the gas pumps. The suspect was last seen driving west on Highway 46.
